This is your weekly workout for the craft - a place to flex those acting muscles and stay sharp. Each week, we’ll focus on script work, especially cold reads, and dive into improvisation techniques to keep you spontaneous, connected, and confident in any scene. Let’s get warmed up and ready to play!

Train with VRASP acting Studios’ Actors Gym, led by working industry professionals with credits across Netflix, BBC, Channel 4, Sky, and L.A. training.

Founded by Verona Rose — actor, writer, and TV personality with standout credits including:

Acting in Netflix’s hit series Top Boy

Hosting her own dating show Secret Crush (ITV2)

This is a vibrant, supportive space for actors of all abilities to sharpen their skills, connect, and have fun while learning from real industry professionals.
