This event is aimed at developers and architects of 'VRM' services looking to test and evolve how their services inter-act and inter-operate with other components of the VRM eco-system, and to test and evolve connections between person-centric VRM services, and organisation-centric CRM services and applications.
VRM and Personal Data Services are emerging with increasing regularity, and various components of the Intention Economy eco-system are falling into place. But, by default, these services will have to interact and inter-operate with each other to meet an individuals needs, rather than seek to be a silo solution.
This working session seeks to tackle that challenge head on by fleshing out what is really meant by inter-operability across these services, and also the practicalities of reaching across the chasm from the VRM enabled world to the CRM equivalent.
We'll take advantage of having Doc Searls in town to set out the vision for a suite of tools and services working on behalf of the individual, and connecting seamlessly into organisations able and willing to do so.
We have 3 VRM service providers already lined up to take part, so as a minimum we'll scope out inter-operability across 3 services.
£20 required to cover venue and enough coffee to fuel the work.
