Vulnerable Witness Training

As you know, the Bar Council have approved a programme of National Training for barristers undertaking work with Vulnerable Witnesses. This is now available through your Inn and Circuits. Lincoln’s Inn will be running another course for barristers in Criminal practice on Saturday 13th January, at 33 Chancery Lane, WC1. This will be run as half day session, in the morning. Registration will be on a first come first served basis.

Please note that this training is not open to student members, and is intended for barrister members who undertake work with vulnerable children or adults, from the Criminal or Family Bar.

Please note that this course requires preparation in advance of at least 10 hours work including preparing questions for witnesses, which must be submitted a week in advance.
