This years programme is led by Dr Tammi Sinha, Nigel Ward and Heather Dobby. We look forward to exploring what it means to lead change in contemporary organisations. If you are looking for challenge, a space to share your practice, to build your knowledge base and share expertise with seasoned and new starter facilitators of change, this is for you!

Our improvement community of practice is a COP built on passion for improvement, building our community to support and share knowledge, and to push the knowledge landscape as far as it can go! We hope you will join us.
