Description

Join us for some memorable musical concerts in the spectacular setting of Windmill Hill at Waddesdon.

Doors and bar open from 6.30pm and all concerts start at 7.30pm
There will be a 30 minute interval with opportunity to buy wine, hot and cold drinks (cash only)
Concerts finish between 9.30-10pm

Parking will be at Waddesdon main visitor car park, where tickets will be checked and a shuttle bus operating to and from Windmill Hill venue. (Those with access requirements please contact bookings@waddesdon.org.uk).

All seating is unreserved.

Regulars Anna and Gabriella are back for a fourth consecutive year. This attractive summer programme will
include trio repertoire by Debussy and Bax.

National Youth Choir Fellowship Octet

An evening of sublime a cappella choral music performed by eight outstanding young singers. This recital will focus on music by female composers including medieval mystic Hildegard von Bingen, Stanford’s ‘The Blue Bird’ and excerpts from Perry’s ‘Songs of Farewell’, plus roof-raising choral showstoppers.

Doric String Quartet

Firmly established as one of the world’s leading quartets, the Doric String Quartet has performed at Carnegie and
Wigmore Halls and the Aldeburgh Festival. They make their Windmill Hill debut with a programme of Haydn, Britten and Schubert. In partnership with Kirker.
