Join me for a transformative 2-day experience where you’ll learn to sculpt realistic, hollow, and lightweight wafer paper birds—entirely free from wires, foam dummies, glycerine, vodka, and cornstarch.

In this 2-day intensive class, you will learn how to create an edible bird from wafer paper. We will start by shaping the bird structure and progress to more intricate details, including the entire body, eyes, legs, beak, and wings. You will master humidity levels to achieve the perfect consistency for your wafer paper creations. Additionally, we will cover techniques for coloring this medium and shading the co- verts, legs, and beak with edible colors.

All birds will be hollow and supported solely by the structure of the wafer paper itself. The techniques learned in this course can be ap- plied to many other projects.
