The Wales International Development Summit brings together people involved in international projects from across Wales: from small community groups to Wales based branches of international NGOs. The event aims to raise the profile of the sector in Wales and support the already active development community to connect.  

Confirmed keynote speakers include:

  • Dr Dhananjayan (Danny) Sriskandarajah - Head of Oxfam GB
  • Eluned Morgan AM - Welsh Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language

The day is being organised by Hub Cymru Africa and partners from the Wales Overseas Agencies Group (WOAG).

There will be up to 20 workshops focused on the themes of Strengthening, Inspiring, Learning, Innovation, Influence and Uniting on the day. These include:

An International Development strategy for Wales (The Learned Society)

Communications 101 (BOND)

Mae Uwchgynhadledd Datblygu Rhyngwladol Cymru yn dwyn ynghyd bobl sy'n ymwneud â phrosiectau rhyngwladol o bob cwr o Gymru: o grwpiau cymunedol bach i ganghennau o gyrff anllywodraethol rhyngwladol sy'n seiliedig ar Gymru. Nod y digwyddiad yw codi proffil y sector yng Nghymru a chefnogi'r gymuned ddatblygu sydd eisoes yn weithredol i gysylltu.

Mae siaradwyr wedi ei gadarnhau yn cynnwys:
