The conference is aimed at both practitioners and strategic managers responsible for engaging young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. These include; the Youth Work Sector, Youth Homelessness Coordinators, Engagement and Progression Coordinators, teaching staff, Housing and Social Care teams and the Third Sector.
The event affords participants an opportunity to explore a range of associated issues, share good practice and inform future development.
The conference will consist of guest speakers as well as a range of group sessions which you can sign up to on the day and will also provide an opportunity to network and collaborate with stakeholders
Mae'r gynhadledd wedi'i hanelu at ymarferwyr a rheolwyr strategol sy'n gyfrifol am ymgysylltu â phobl ifanc sy'n profi neu sydd mewn perygl o fod yn ddigartref. Mae'r rhain yn cynnwys; y Sector Gwaith Ieuenctid, Cydlynwyr Digartrefedd Ieuenctid, Cydlynwyr Ymgysylltu a Chynnydd, staff addysgu, timau Tai a Gofal Cymdeithasol a'r Trydydd Sector.
Mae'r digwyddiad yn rhoi cyfle i gyfranogwyr archwilio ystod o faterion cysylltiedig, rhannu arfer da a llywio datblygiad ar gyfer y dyfodol.
Bydd y gynhadledd yn cynnwys siaradwyr gwadd yn ogystal ag ystod o sesiynau grŵp y gallwch gofrestru ar eu cyfer ar y diwrnod a bydd hefyd cyfle i rwydweithio a chydweithio â rhanddeiliaid.
