Wales & West Utilities’ stakeholder workshop: Plymouth - IN PERSON

The workshop will comprise presentations from Wales & West Utilities and a key partner followed by interactive discussions on topics including:

• Goals and challenges in achieving net zero
• The journey so far on the introduction of biomethane and hydrogen into the network
• Sustainability and environmental performance
• Network investment, including the gas mains replacement programme and wider community impact
• Supporting customers in vulnerable situations, including carbon monoxide awareness, gas safety and through charitable partnerships.
