Distillery tours at Penderyn are complementary as part of your ticket.
Wales Whisky Fest has plenty to offer including: free Glencairn glass, free water, free tea and coffee, a free cocktail from our Welsh Spirit Bar, displays, limited edition bottlings and more suprises to be announced…
Tickets are limited to 200, including only 80 earlybird discounted ticket avalable (at time of launch). All tickets are non refundable but are transferable within this event only. We look forward to seeing you there!
Frequently asked questions
Unlike other shows, we have 100's of whisky expressions along with a few other spirits from our exhibitors which are all included with your ticket.
There is no dram limit, with unlimited tastings from all our exhibitors. We do however encourage sensible drinking behaviour and anyone not drinking responsibility will be asked to leave.
After your Wales whisky fest ticket purchase you will be emailed, tour booking information will be released in January 2025.
We are providing complementary sweet and savoury snacks, but would recommend you eat a hearty meal before attending the festival.
Yes there is, due to the nature of a whisky festival this is strictly and over 18’s event only. We reserve the right to check ID and challenge 25.
Each ticket includes the following: • Entry to session one OR session two • Free cocktail • Free Glencairn glass • Festival perks: free tea, coffee, water and snacks • Access to free Penderyn Distillery Tours
We have an unmonitored coat drop area next to the festival meet and greet where you can leave your jackets/ coats. We permit small bags and handbags. However, no rucksacks are allowed in the festival venue. We reserve the right to search anyone including personal items for security purposes.
We encourage all ticket holders to enjoy their drink responsibly. However, we would like to remind you we have a no tolerance policy for alcohol and drug abuse or anti-social behaviour. We reserve the right to remove anyone who chooses to ignore this from the premise.
Included as part of your ticket, there is access to free tea, coffee, and water. We will be providing one free cocktail per ticket holder to redeem at our Welsh Spirit Bar. We encourage all ticket holders to keep hydrated throughout the festival.
Unfortunately, we do not permit ticket holders to bring their own food and drink into the festival due to venue regulations.
Due to venue regulations no pets are allowed, only assistance animals are permitted.
On the Saturday Sessions all guests must leave swiftly the venue by 3:30pm on the first session. We thank you for your co-operation and respect that the venue is in a working hotel.
Unfortunately not, due to the limited capacity of the event venue for 2025, no double session tickets are allowed to be purchased. If anyone is found to have booked a double session they will be contacted for a refund, please be aware Eventbrite fees may be non refundable.
