Walk about Comrie - Mor Beinn and Ben Halton
Event Information
Description
Join me for a lovely walk up two local hills behind Comrie. Mor Bheinn and Ben Halton have great views to the Trossach hills of Ben Vorlich and Meall Na Fearna and across to Glen Artney as well as over Comrie and Strathearn.
There is a chance we may see wild goats, red deer and kites.
This walk of 14 kilometres ( 8.5 miles) climbing to 640 metres is partly on good tracks and partly on rougher deer tracks.

Are there any age limits to taking part?
If you are under 18 years of age you need to have a responsible adult with you. This is not advised for children under 14 years of age.
How fit do I need to be?
You should be comfortable walking for a few hours; be able to cover around 3 miles on level ground in an hour; be fit enough to go up flights of stairs easily and take part in regular physical activity several times a week.
