We’re teaming up with Self Space once again, this time for a refreshing walk and talk guided by qualified therapists from Self Space Soho to Gymshark Regent St. for a Q&A to discuss how exercise benefits mental health.
What:
Meeting at Self Space Soho, we’ll walk together, speaking freely about meaningful topics prompted by Self Spaces’ qualified therapists (there’s no pressure on you to start conversations). Everyone will be assigned a walking partner and given a set of conversation prompts to facilitate a walkie-talkie. You’ll come as strangers, and leave as friends.
