About this event

Walk Create along The Line: art, heritage and nature

A creative walk exploring the route of The Line’s public sculpture trail, all welcome

The Walkbook: Recipes for Walking and Wellbeing is a book of 30 ‘recipes’ for creative walking created by artists in response to research into barriers to walking.

In this walkshop artist Clare Qualmann from the #WalkCreate team will collaborate with Youth Guides from The Line to introduce ways to connect playfully and sensorially with the environment, including the stories and histories around us, on a walk.

The walkshop will begin and end at The Miller’s House, Three Mill Ln, London E3 3DU.

This event is part of The Creative Industries Festival, and Newham Heritage Month.
