Walk for health will be led by Sport Liverpool's fitness team three times a week and everyone is welcome to come along to the sessions!
About this event
Join us every Monday & Wednesday at 1:00pm and 5:15pm on Wednesdays outside the Sports & Fitness Centre where the fitness team will be waiting to meet you for your 30 minute walk! 🚶♀️
Walking is one of the easiest ways to become healthier, lose weight, increase activity levels and get your daily dose of Vitamin D! There are many benefits including increasing your heart health, reducing stress & anxiety & building stamina! ❤️
Everyone is welcome to come along, no membership is required and you can register on the day if needed.
