About this event

Community • LGBT

This Trans Awareness Week, we are taking our voices, our pride, and our fight for equality across the Jubilee Bridge.

This is not just a walk — it’s a stand for justice, visibility, and human rights. Too often, trans people face discrimination, violence, and erasure. Together, we will show that our community is powerful, united, and unafraid.

✨ Why We Walk:

  • To demand equality, respect, and safety for all trans people
  • To honour those we’ve lost to transphobia and violence
  • To celebrate the strength, beauty, and resilience of our community
  • To make it clear: Trans Rights Are Human Rights

📍 Meeting Point: Irwell Street Bus stop Widnes

Bring your banners, flags, placards, and voices – this is a moment to be loud, proud, and unapologetically visible. Allies, friends, and family are welcome.

Together we will march, we will be seen, and we will not be silenced.

💙💗🤍 Walk Loud. Walk Proud. Walk for Trans Rights.
