How many people will be there?

Each session is capped at 5 people total. 4 for group coaching and 1 for individual coaching. That’s intentional, so everyone gets proper coaching and nothing feels rushed.

Question 2

Do I need to be there at 3pm? What if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

We'll make our way to the park at 3pm sharp, so everyone has time for their coaching session. If you're late, send a message in the group chat, so I can share our location with you and you can easily find us.

Question 3

Where are we meeting?

We'll meet at Gospel Oak overground station at 3pm sharp. I'll create a Whatsapp chat so we can all stay connected, in case there are any delays or we can't find each other.

Question 4

Can I leave early?

Yes. If you need to leave early, please let me know in advance, so we'll start the coaching session with you. I do encourage everyone to stay till the end, though. Even when I'm coaching someone else, you'll still be able to get advice that may be useful for you.

Question 5

What if it rains?

If it’s light rain, we walk. If the weather is genuinely bad, we can meet at a pub nearby and have our session indoors. I'll let you know ahead of time.

Question 6

Do I need to be fit or fast to join?

Not at all. We’ll be walking at a normal, conversational pace. This is about coaching, not cardio. Wear shoes you’re comfortable in and bring water if you need it.

Question 7

Do I need to prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

Nope. Just show up with something you want to work through. That could be a decision, a situation, or something that’s been bothering you for a while. Nothing is off-limits.
