ABOUT THE CLASS

Join us for gentle, guided, mindful walks through the woods. We'll slow down, tune into our senses, and really notice the world around us. Think of it as a mini-retreat for your mind and body!

  • 10th Sept: Ferrycroft & Ord Hill (meet at Ferrycroft's back car park), 10am-11am
  • 17th Sept: Laundry Road to Saval (meet at Transport Car Park), 10am-11am
  • 24th Sept: Ferrycroft Woods/Dam (meet at Ferrycroft's back car park), 10am-11am
