ABOUT THE CLASS

Join us for gentle, guided, mindful walks through the woods. We'll slow down, tune into our senses, and really notice the world around us. Think of it as a mini-retreat for your mind and body!

Sessions

  • 6th Aug: Laundry Rd/Saval (meet at Transport Car Park), 10am-11am
  • 13th Aug: Dalchork Bird Hide - bring a flask & binoculars, 10am-11am
  • 20th Aug: Ferrycroft - possible routes via dam or the ord (meet at back car park), 10am-11am
  • 27th Aug: Gunn’s Wood, 10am-11am
