For the wellness women who aren’t into running… A space for local, like-minded women in the West Essex area to come together, get outside, and fill our cups — one step at a time, with a matcha/coffee or drink of choice in hand.

We meet for gentle walks, real conversations, and that kind of connection that leaves you feeling lighter, brighter, and inspired on a Sunday morning. No pace goals. No pressure. Just movement, laughter, and a chance to make new connections who get it.
