Walk & Talk: Hosted by Louis Q

Join us for an uplifting women only walk designed to inspire, connect and empower. We’ll meet at Langan’s Brasserie, then take a scenic stroll around Green & St James’ Park, where we’ll have an open conversation about breaking barriers and debunking the myths that people can face in fitness.

After the walk, we’ll return to Langan’s for a relaxing wind-down over matcha, açaí bowls, coffee and community. Plus — you could be one of three lucky winners to receive a full lululemon outfit giveaway!
