WILM Walk & Talk: Behind the Scenes of a Stadium Tour
WILM would like to invite you to join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour and discussion in Copenhagen Saturday 30.August at noon local time
During this special Walk & Talk, you’ll get a unique chance to gain insight into the workings of a large-scale touring production!
Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to deepen your understanding of concert production, technical workflows, and logistics at stadium level.
You'll have an exclusive chance to meet crew members from various departments – both from the touring party and the local crew – and take part in a Q&A session
Departments that we will be visiting are:
- Lighting
- Audio
- Backline
- Set/Automation
- Stage Management
- Pyro/SFX
- Video
- Production & Site
The Walk & Talk runs from 13:00 to 15:00 at the specific venue
Please Note: As this is a working environment, details and timings are subject to change.
