Please bring a refillable water bottle. Wear sensible clothing and walking shoes.

Will there be refreshements?

After the walk there will be tea, coffee and cake available to walkers in our Life Changing Café, Oxford.

How will I get there?

Abingdon and Oxford has good public transport links across Oxfordshire as well as a variety of car parks. Please note this is not a circular route and we will therefore not be starting and finishing at the same place - you will need to take this into consideration when you are planning your journey!

Will there be toilets on route?

As we will be walking along the Thames Path, facilities are sparse. However, we will take a short break at Sandford Lock where their will be a toilet as well as in the Yellow Submarine café at the end of the walk.

Can Yellow Submarine members attend?

Of course! We would love to see lots of our wonderful members at the walk but we will not be staffed to offer support. Members who need additional support must bring along a family member or carer. Please contact Ella if you are participating in a supportive role and we can arrange a free place.
