About this event

Sports & Fitness • Walking

Supported by CooperBurnett Solicitors, the marathon is the biggest event of The Walk Tonbridge Festival and one that invites walkers to challenge themselves whilst raising money for Sustain food and fuel bank, a Tonbridge based charity, tackling food poverty in our local area.

Starting at Tonbridge Baptist Church, walkers will be registered on arrival and greeted with a hot drink and a bacon/sausage roll (Veggie/Vegan options are also available).

From there you will set off on a 26.2 miles route that takes in the beautiful countryside and scenic parks and pretty villages surrounding Tonbridge.

There will be checkpoints en-route where you can fill up their water bottles and use the facilities, or stop for lunch (at own expense).

Your marathon will end at Tonbridge Old Fire Station where you will be awarded with a finishers medal and have the chance to put your feet up and enjoy a drink with friends, family and your fellow walkers.

Your ticket price includes breakfast and a hot drink on arrival, plus a finishers medal that will be awarded at Tonbridge Old Fire Station.

All profits from the ticket sales of this event will be donated to our charity partner Sustain, a Tonbridge food bank that provides emergency supplies to local people experiencing short term need.
