Yes. There is also a play area.

What do I wear

Comfortable, sportswear and trainers. If you have any injuries, please wear any support you need.

What if I want to run?

You can walk, jog or run, it’s entirely up to you, all Levels are welcome.

Is there a water fountain?

Yes, but I would advise you bring your own bottle of water. There is a shop close by. If you are attending with a dog there is a water dog bowl by the public toilets.
