Walkie Talkies: Talk & Walk sessions for pregnant and new parents Oct

DATES and VENUES:

• 6th October - Coalhouse Fort Park, Princess Margaret Rd, East Tilbury, Tilbury RM18 8PB. Meet in the car park at 10.00am.
• 17th October - Belhus Park, Aveley, RM15 4PX. Meet outside Impulse Leisure at 10.00am.
• 20th October - Maple Park Community Centre, St. Andrews Way, Stanford-le-Hope SS17 0FL. Meet outside at 10.00am.

These outdoor talk and walk sessions are for both pregnant and new parents. Enjoy some light outdoor exercise whilst meeting other local parents. Walks will last 1 hour and will be followed by a hot drink and a chat.

Those who have never exercised before are particularly welcome so why not give it a go? You might surprise yourself!
