No, please bring whatever heels you would like to wear. If there are heels you want to practice in then please bring those.

What heels do you recommend to bring?

It is recommended to bring a closed toe pump/stiletto style heel to provide support and comfort while practicing however, you can bring whichever heels you prefer.

Why is it called Class1?

This is called class1 as it is only the first class out of a 4 class course which at the end of you will know what components go into an elegant and powerful walk and also see a significant change in the way you walk in heels.

Are there any age restrictions?

No, people of all ages are welcome as long as they are interested.

You can wear whatever you like! However, comfortable and form fitting bottoms are advised, such as casual leggings or sports leggings, so it is easy to see leg movements.
