Walking mamas: Saltwells Nature Reserve

Hi Mamas!

Join us at Saltwells Nature Reserve for a refreshing walk and a chat with RMT peer support volunteers! 🙌

About the route:Mostly pram-friendly with a few steps here and there. We’ll be walking mostly under the shade of trees—perfect for this warm weather! Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes, and don’t forget to bring drinks and snacks.

A few friendly reminders:

• You’re responsible for supervising your little ones at all times.
• Please refrain from bringing dogs. Although Saltwells is a public space, some children aren’t comfortable around dogs, and we want everyone to feel safe and relaxed. 🥰
