About this event
In a world full of stories about inappropriate workplace behaviours, how can we make sure everyone doesn’t end up walking on eggshells to avoid conflict? As businesses are faced with an influx of new regulation, how can we use a common sense approach to navigating bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace?
The event will include:
- Introduction to the RSA Economy and Business Network
- What the law says – or doesn’t – about workplace behaviours
- Panel discussion with our speakers about how common sense triumphs over policy when it comes to dealing with workplace bullying and sexual harassment
- Audience Q&A
This event is free to attend and open to Fellows, friends, and colleagues interested in supporting the work of the RSA.
