Walking the Labyrinth
Fri 3 March 2017, 11:00 – 14:00 GMT
Labyrinths are ancient structures that have been used across cultures and throughout time. They are used for meditation and to gain life insights.
Come along to one of our participation experiences and learn more about these ancient pathways and how they can help us in modern times. They are increasingly being used in hospital settings and to help individuals release strong emotions.
You will have an opportunity to create and walk a labyrinth.
Bring a packed lunch.
Steep steps involved.
Please note this workshop may be liable to change due to weather and tides.
This event is free to anyone who lives on the IOW and is not in full time employment or who is part of our support groups.
