On today’s walking tour, we will venture through the City of London to discover the history of the women who have worked and lived there over the centuries

The story of Queens and Princesses, nurses and doctors, writers and poets, campaigners and politicians, business women and philanthropists as well as mayoresses and livery women

You will see that the Square Mile has been shaped and developed as a result of the history of these women, and that the City isn’t the male bastion which many regard it to be.
