Walking with the Daisies provides a safe and supportive environment where expectant mothers can come together and share experiences whilst building social connections. Walking is a low impact exercise that helps maintain cardiovascular health, lowers blood sugar levels, strengthens muscles and improves overall mental and physical fitness. Engaging in physical activity whilst outdoors amongst nature has also been proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
