Come join us for a fun and energising walk, leaving from Vita Vivendi Nutrition, 943 Wimborne Road (Moordown) with a group of like-minded women.

This event is all about enjoying the outdoors, getting some exercise, and connecting with others.

Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, everyone is welcome!

Let's lace up our trainers and hit the pavement together.

Bring a bottle of water (500ml recommended) - on your first visit, receive a free electrolyte mix to support your post-walk recovery. Re-group back at Vita Vivendi Nutrition, 943 Wimborne Road after our walk for a breather.
