Walks With Purpose with Sue from Vista Wellbeing

Join Sue from Vista Wellbeing on a series of Walks with a Purpose throughout September.

The aim of these walks is to capture some of the best bit of Barnstaple (and yes there are many examples which are so often overlooked!).

After meeting at the Studio KIND gallery, we will connect with nature, take time to really see what is around us, and capture some thoughts, artefacts and ideas which will culminate in a collaborative art project on the final evening.

Each walk will be approximately 1 hour.

The art session will be around 2 hours to allow us to create something iconic under the watchful eye of local artist and walker, Carysella Wilson.

Sue is a qualified walk leader and menopause coach.

This event is a part of our ongoing menoupause support programme, and is supported by Barnstaple Town Council.
