Our October event from Wallace Wine Club explores the culinary delights of the British Game Season and exquisite French wines chosen to match. Expect an evening of hearty yet delicate game dishes, inspired by the bountiful ingredients available at this time of year. A few big reds and refreshing whites will be thrown in for good measure from French regions such as Languedoc and the Rhone.
Our Interactive wine tasting will be complemented by a three course menu of the best seasonal ingredients and set in the stunning surrounds of the Wallace Restaurant atrium courtyard.
The Wallace Wine Club provides a convivial space to convene on a Friday evening where wine lovers can learn more about France's favourite tipple and fine foods. Our wine expert Phil Barnet from Les Cave des Pyrene is in charge of affairs and has designed a series of events to cater to interested novices or out-and-proud oenophiles.
Meeting at 7pm, guests will be greeted with an aperitif, before Phil presents six wines chosen to pair with the menu.
