About this event
At a Menopause & Women's Health Café people, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss women's health.
This part bi monthly session will be focussed on women's health
The cafe is offered in collaboration with Waltham Forest Women's Network and Adult Learning Services in Waltham Forest
These sessions will be open to all Women of all ages
We want the whole world talking about the women's health.

Alongside refreshing drinks and cake!
Arrive at 6.30pm to get yourself a drink and settled before we start at 7pm .Every month there will be a theme - in previous sessions I presented Yoga Nidra with an introduction to the wheel of life/Mindfullness & Breathwork
This session will be covering the following this month - Making Intangible Mental Health Tangible
In this half an hour workshop, you will touch the base of mental health’s impacts on physical health and BRAIN NUTRIENTS. You will also have a chance to try some dance and Taichi movements.
Our host, Hong Zhou MBBS MSc MPH MHFA, founder of Mile Rainbow C.I.C, is a highly qualified healthcare professional with experiences of defeating anxiety, depression and stress-related diseases. She offers Physical and Mental Health and Wellbeing Consulting to fill in the gaps of existing (psychological) services from both Western and Eastern perspectives.
