It concentrates not on fixing things that are wrong with peoples minds, but improving mental wellbeing for everyone. Scientists are presenting credible evidence uncovering the factors directly linked to our happiness.
Happier people are more sociable and energetic, more caring and co-operative, better liked by others, more likely to have wider social networks and receive support from friends, better relationships, show more flexibility and creativity in their thinking, are more productive at work, and recognised as better leaders and negotiators, have stronger immune systems, are healthier both physically and mentally, and live 10 years longer.
