As the year slows and the air turns crisp, join us for a gentle, heart-warming wander through the Cowdray Estate. A shorter, softer stroll where we’ll pause beneath the ancient Queen Elizabeth Oak, a thousand-year-old guardian of the land.

We’ll take a mindful moment under its vast branches, breathing in stillness, listening to the season & sharing a quiet ritual to root our intentions for winter.

Afterwards, we’ll circle back to the Cowdray Farm Shop Café for steaming coffees, nourishing conversation & a little winter-planning magic. A space to reflect, connect and be Zenné together.

Walk: Gentle 2.5 km loop (about 45 minutes)
Bring: Warm layers, an open heart and your favourite coffee cup
