Join us for the next Wandsworth Sustainability Network at Doddington and Rollo Community Centre and Rooftop Garden situated in Battersea. This event will have a biodiversity theme and kick off our exciting month of Sustainable September, where we'll be championing local climate and environmental initiatives.
Tuesday 9 September - 5.30 - 7.30 pm
There will be a unique opportunity for networking and a tour of the incredible Rooftop gardens, located on the roof of a former car park in the middle of a high-rise estate. The Rooftop Garden was the inspiration for a gold-medal winning Chelsea garden and is not one to miss!
Check out our marketplace where you can meet community groups, neighbours and local businesses alike who are passionate about the environment and sustainability. At 6 pm, we will hear from speakers in the club room, including Wandsworth Council's Biodiversity Team, who will run an interactive activity to hear your views on your local green spaces to feed into the new Biodiversity Action Plan.
