Will I be able to attend if I arrive after 6.30pm?

Once the session has started, it is disruptive to the group dynamics if people arrive late. We spend the first part of the session setting ground rules which will keep the session a safe place for all. If you arrive after this time, we may not allow you to join. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I just turn up without booking

We do accept walk ins on the day, if we have enough space. However, it helps us plan the session better if we have an idea of how many people will be attending. This includes, how many refreshments we need to provide and whether or not we cancel sessions, which we might, if not enough people book.

Is it ok if I just listen

No one needs to speak if they are not ready to. Listening is absolutely fine.

Do I need to pay anything

Due to generous funding from the North East London ICB, sessions are FREE for participants
