Raw Winter Food Workshop

The idea of raw food in the winter can be off putting because it’s normally cold…. But it doesn’t have to be! You can still enjoy raw, fresh, nutrient filled food and the warmth of cozy winter food. During this raw food class all the food will be gently warmed, it will not loose any nutrients and still feel nurturing and warming.

Breakfast taster of Warm Chia Porridge

Starter: Carrot & Ginger Soup & Flax Crackers


Main Course: Curry & Parsnip Rice


Dessert: Apple Crumble

Raw Cookies & Spicy Nuts

Hot Chocolate

Lia will guide you through how to make and prepare simple raw food recipes and how still high raw when its cold. You will also learn which are more warming foods and some cooling foods to avoid during the winter. You will get you help make a 3 course meal plus snacks and drinks. You will get a handbook with shopping lists, recipes and more tips on how to stay warm and healthy during the winter months.


About Lia


Lia is a raw food chef and expert speaker in health and nutrition; she is also a bodywork and healing practitioner and founder of Raw Fest. 5 years ago she cured herself from an MS-type illness and lost 2.5 stone in weight using raw food and natural healing, and has since been sharing her knowledge and experience. Lia believes that there is no one 'diet' that works for everyone, and that each person is unique and should eat for what his or her own body needs and wants. She is passionate about teaching and empowering people to feel better in a natural and holistic way.
