Steeped in a rich history, Warmsworth Hall is a Grade II listed building built in the early 1700’s. Warmsworth Hall has taken many roles over the years, from being a private residence, then the home to English army officers and German prisoners of war during the First World War, to the offices of British Ropes, then Moat House & is now part of Holiday Inn Doncaster. There have been numerous paranormal sightings, children are said to knock on windows, touch people and pick their pockets. There have also been sightings of soldiers and a woman that stares out of windows.Plus tables will move on their own, doors slam and disembodied voices are often heard!
