We offer free, confidential and impartial information advice to young people aged 16 - 25 and parent/ carers of children with SEND living in Warwickshire. You can book a free in person 45 minute consultation on the date and times below or you can contact our helpline by telephoning 01788 593159 or emailing us at warwickshiresendiass@barnardos.org.uk and we will endeavour to get back to you within 5 working days.
What we offer
We provide free, impartial and confidential advice and information direct to:
· Young People with SEND aged 16-25
· Parents and carers of children with SEND
Our aim is to empower young people and carers so that they can make informed decisions.
All initial enquiries must come from parents / young people (aged 16-25), although parents can be supported by others in making this contact.
Warwickshire SENDIAS Service is commissioned by Warwickshire County Council through the charity Barnardo’s in line with the 2014 SEND Code of Practice. The service is independent of Warwickshire County Council. Our accredited team are trained in SEND law and can offer advice which is in line with the SEND Code of Practice (2014), the Children and Families Act (2014) and other relevant legalisation.
