Tunbridge Wells Friends of the Earth are excited to announce their 4th annual art exhibition running from October 21st - November 3rd at Trinity Theatre.

The theme this year is 'Waste'.

We encourage individuals to reconsider how we all perceive Waste. Are there things we didn’t know go to waste? Can we use Waste? Is there beauty in it? How can we be less wasteful? Are we wasting our own, or the Earth's potential?

Submissions are open until September 30th, with works of any media from artists of all abilities and experiences welcome. Some examples of submissions are below for your viewing.

Further to this, we hope you can join us at Trinity from Monday-Saturday, 9am-3pm, to view the works when the exhibition opens.

We are also hosting a series of workshops to run in line with the exhibition, where you can get creative to produce your own works of art! See our eventbrite profile for further information and to book!

No need to register for tickets, just pop down to Trinity in their opening hours. If you do register you will be sent event reminders and find out when the workshop details/ tickets are released!

Opening times are as per Trinity Theatre Cafe opening hours (9-3, Monday-Saturday), for full venue details see https://trinitytheatre.net/events/friends-of-the-earth-waste/

With thanks to our contributing artists for the above examples, Ian Viggers, Jill Goldsworthy and Sue Vass.
