Event description

Description

Join @theprojectpt for our second documentary screening of 2019 at Tap Social Movement.

Wasted! The Story of Food Waste aims to change the way people buy, cook and recycle food. Through the the eyes of chef-heroes like Bourdain, Dan Barber, Mario Batali, Massimo Bottura, and Danny Bowien, audiences will see how the world’s most influential chefs make the most of every kind of food, transforming what most people consider scraps into incredible dishes that create a more secure food system. WASTED! exposes the criminality of food waste and how it’s directly contributing to climate change and shows us how each of us can make small changes – all of them delicious – to solve one of the greatest problems of the 21st Century.

We're all very excited to announce we will have Replenish from Community Actions Group Oxford coming down to talk further about how we can all make changes to the way we use food and how to limit our waste.

This is a not for profit screening, all ticket sales will go towards the screening and marketing of this documentary.

Doors open at 7pm, documentary will start at 7.45pm. There will be a 15 minute interlude and the documentary will finish around 9.30pm.
