Water Direct – striking the balance
Developing best practice for organisations responsible for debt recovery and providing debt advice
We invite you to register to attend a free event on Water Direct organised by the Consumer Futures Unit’s Water Team.
The event ‘Water Direct – striking the balance’ will provide delegates with an update on the roll-out of Water Direct, what it could mean for local authorities and for those in debt, and information on the development of debt recovery good practice that has taken place as part of joint working between local authorities and debt advice organisations, based on the experiences of Fife Council and Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF).

The conference will be chaired by Les Robertson from Fife Council, and will feature:

Roundtable Discussion Breakout – balancing debt recovery with protecting vulnerable consumers
