Learn how to connect to the nature on our canals through exploration, enjoyment and reflection.

This 7-week programme based in the Hirst Wood area of Shipley will help you to learn how to experience nature more mindfully. Each two-hour session will include a short-walk along our towpath, an outdoor nature-based activity and the opportunity to reflect your thoughts in a journal.

All resources are included and feature a tote bag, a journal for reflection, any nature-based resources and weekly refreshments.

These sessions are designed to be held entirely outdoors so be prepared for a range weathers. Sessions will be amended in case of inclement weather, including alternative indoor provision or cancellation.
