About this event

We welcome author & illustrator Stacey McNeill who joins us to discuss her beautiful book "Fox Under The Moon" - desrcibed by Donna Ashworth as 'A simply beautiful book. Wise and warm, like a hug from the universe'.

In a wintry woodland, in the dark of night, a young fox talks to the wise old moon about the things that truly matter. Their conversation continues through the seasons...How can we embrace the restfulness of winter while we wait for the hope of spring? In summer, how do we learn to love ourselves, and how can we show those around us how much we love them? And as autumn brings its changes, how do we learn to let go?

These words and illustrations will bring the gift of hope and comfort to anyone trying to navigate a world as uncertain as it is beautiful.Stacey will be in conversation with Steph Jeavons. Steph is an adventurer, speaker, and author of 'Home By Seven: One Woman’s Solo Journey to Ride All Seven Continents on Two Wheels'. Possessed with a fearless determination and a passion for exploration, Steph became the first Briton to ride a motorbike on all seven continents including Antarctica. Her story is one of resilience, courage, and self-discovery, echoing the spirit of hope and mental wellbeing we celebrate here at Fox Under The Moon.Their conversation will be followed by an audience Q&A and the chance to get your copy of Fox Under The Moon signed.
