About this event

In an ever-increasing world of remote working and a reliance on digital technology, Watford Council is committed to developing and growing local businesses by helping people adapt, change, and thrive in revolutionised and modern workplaces.

The scope of the programme includes specialist skills training workshops/webinars and confidential 1-2-1 business advice sessions with an expert advisor to help you identify and overcome key challenges, and grow your business.

Why you should attend

Choosing the right systems needs careful consideration – you’re going to be using the ones you choose for a long time.

A good CRM system will help you win and retain business: utilising it properly is a key skill.

Making-Tax-Digital (MTD) is now a business requirement: so you may be considering a new accounting system. Integrating it to your CRM system will help your whole team be more effective: sales, credit control, marketing, customer service and business decision making.

Expected Outcomes

You will learn how to:

  • Choose the right systems – CRM & accounting (for now & long term)
  • Set the systems up to maximise their value to you
  • Ensure they are used effectively by all of your teams
  • Ensure you are compliant in their use

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, and the training includes learning exercises so that you can and will be able to make a difference to your marketing activity immediately.
