Speaker Bio: Roger Needham:
Roger has spent 20+ years selling, designing and operating international supply chains, mainly in the automotive, industrial and retail finished goods sectors. Notably he held senior operational and commercial management roles across the Caterpillar manufacturing and aftermarket supply chains. Roger understands the key value drivers that drive supply chain strategy and has personally managed complex manufacturing and aftermarket supply chain re-design and transformation. He joined IBM in 2018 as a Supply Chain Consultant to help drive value in the Supply Chains of our clients using IBM's own Supply Chain solutions

Speaker Bio: Stewart Newman
Stewart has been a technical advisor to companies in a wide range of industries over the last 20 years. Focusing originally on integration software in the EAI - and later SOA - spaces, for the past eight years Stewart has been a member of IBM's world-leading B2B integration and Managed File Transfer division. For the last two years he has also broadened his remit to include Supply Chain and Order Management & Fulfillment solutions. This latter area includes the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence to leverage cognitive insights in support of global supply chain operations.

Ger is a recognised Thought Leader, blogger and speaker on global electronic trade standardisation and simplification, and crossover potential from B2G into B2B trade.
Represents IBM at OpenPEPPOL (Standards body behind EU's PEPPOL electronic trade standard), OASIS, (Standards body behind UBL), and Business Payments Coalition (US Federal Reserve expert group working on bringing global standards to US trade)
Responsible for concept and delivery of PEPPOL Directory (directory.peppol.eu), to allow PEPPOL-enabled Buyers + Sellers to Self-Onboard and to facilitate organic trade growth on the PEPPOL network.
18 Years IBM experience across hardware, services and commerce businesses.
