Join us for a delicious culinary experience with Chef Matt Andrews. Mat lived in France for two years working in cafes and bars, then progressed to the kitchen, learning how to cook at Fischer's at Baslow Hall in Derbyshire. Matt then had his own award winning gastro pub in West Lancashire for four years. He now heads up Marmadukes, a brunch and bakery company based in Sheffield.

Matt’s menu this evening is all about “British June”…

Starter: British asparagus with whipped sheep’s curd and fresh mint

Main: Butter roasted cauliflower, Red Leicester fondue, roasted cherry tomato and caramelised spring onion pissaladiere

Dessert: British raspberries, rich dark chocolate ganache, peanut & salted cracker crumb.

Bring your own beverage of choice, or we will have soft drinks and water available at the cafe.
